The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in the State of Qatar encourages all individuals to voluntarily report on any threats or incidences that endanger the security of aviation to CAA, in order to ensure that quality control requirements are effective.
Online Instructions
- Access the CAA website.
- Then, fill in the online form.
- Describe the incident in details, including the persons and parties concerned.
- Identify the incident's date, please and time.
- Accept all terms and conditions, and click on "Submit".
