Service Description

This service allows a sponsor to submit a request to extend some types of the visit visas with an explanation of the reason for the extension.

Online Instructions

Application Submission

• Log in to Metrash2 app.
• Select "Visa” on the main page.
• Select "Visa Exception Extension" and then “Request Visa Exception Extension”
• Select "Personal" or "Company" and then Enter the Visa Number.
• Choose the required visa number and the period of extension.
• Upload a photo that explains the reason for the extension.
• Submit the request.

To follow up

• Follow the same previous steps and click on “Enquire Visa Extend Exception”.
• Enter the Visa Number, and the status of the request will appear to you.
