Description

This service allows Qatari citizens to update supply (ration) card information and modify family members.

Online Instructions

• Log in to the citizen portal.
• Click on Update and Modify Supply Card on the main page.
• Fill out the required information and attach the following documents:
  • QID for the head of the family
  • QID of family members to be added  

• Log in to the citizen portal.
• Click on Update and Modify Supply Card and the status of the request (pending - rejected - approved) will appear.

Offline Instructions

• Download and fill in the paper form, then submit it to the Department of Supply and Strategic Inventory at MOCI.
• Attach all the required, above-mentioned documents.

Additional Information

• This service can be obtained online anytime.
• In case a paper form request is submitted, it is reviewed and registered, and the card is issued within 5-7 minutes.
• In case of paper forms, applications are received at the Department branches during the official working hours from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.
