Customers may apply online to Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) to update the information of premises.

Online Instructions

  • Login using the username and password.
  • Select "Update Premise Type" from the services list.
  • Enter the electricity number and water number.
  • Enter the Tel/Mobile number and P.O. Box.
  • Enter the e-mail.
  • Enter the required updates.
  • Attach a copy of ID.
  • Click "Send".
