Service Description

This service enables the registered taxpayer to modify the data submitted when registering in the "tax" system or when registering for other taxes.

Online Instructions

  • Login to the National Authentication System (NAS).
  • Select the "Registration Amendment" service in the profile amendment panel.
  • Click on “Start Now” after reading the instructions that appear on the screen after choosing the registry amendment service.
  • Modify the data you wish to modify in the establishment's information.
  • Amend, add or delete information from commercial activities, if any.
  • Amend the establishment’s address details information, if any.
  • Modify the data in the owner's information. If there is any new or existing owners can be added, or the information may be modified.
  • The information of the contact person in the establishment can be modified by deleting the current person and adding a new person.
  • Income tax data and Excise tax data can be modified, if there is any.
  • Click on acknowledge the validity of the entered information.
  • Submit the application, and a message of completion contains a reference number for the application will appear to you. 

Additional Information

  • The field for changing activity start date will be editable only if the owner registers or reactivates the income tax.
  • If the establishment information is entered automatically, the taxpayer will not be able to make any amendment.
  • In the event that the owner's information is entered automatically, the taxpayer will not be able to make any amendment except for the Profit sharing field.
  • In the event of changing the accounting period (January - December), the application will be sent to the General Tax Authority for approval.
  • The establishment tax regime will be either the standard regime or the oil and gas regime, or can be both. This will depend on the taxpayer's business activities identified from the Business Information section.
  • If the taxpayer adds or removes an activity and it is marked as oil and gas, the taxpayer must add or remove the activity from the establishment’s tax regime.
