Supplier Portal – MOJ

Service Description

This system allows suppliers to register in Supplier Portal on the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) website and apply updates. The system facilitates communication with and measures related to suppliers.

This system allows any supplier to register data and information of company/companies so that a competent employee of MOJ will be able to view and deal with these data and information. 

The system does not allow any supplier to view any data related to other supplier. However, an employee of MOJ may view data of all suppliers who have been already registered.

Online Instructions

  • Visit the e-services page on MOJ website.
  • Select the "Supplier Portal" service.
  • Create your account by clicking on the Supplier Portal register
  • Login to the Supplier Portal by using your username and password.
  • Enter all the required details.
  • Provide the below required attachments:
    • Company data (commercial register, commercial license, computer establishment card and company brochure)
    • Owners' data (name and QID card number)
    • Contact information 
    • Bank details (a banking certificate)
  • Submit the request.


No fees are required for this service.

Additional Information

  • An account will be suspended if the required documents are not attached, and if the feedback sent to a supplier is not responded to after 30 days.
  • A supplier must ensure accurate and correct data entry, particularly data related to bank details or a commercial activity.
  • A supplier should update all his data from time to time and keep checking the Ministry's website for updates on suppliers.
  • The Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs in the Ministry has the right to accept or reject accounts or amend their data according to the procedures followed in the Department.
  • The Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs is committed to maintaining the privacy of supplier data sent to it.
  • A supplier undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of information, data, documents, papers and official and unofficial documents that he receives from the Ministry or that he receives by virtue of his work.
  • The service delivery duration: This depends on the request sent to the Ministry.
  • This service is available 7 days a week.
  • This service is available for persons with disabilities.
