Description
This service allows governmental and semi-governmental entities in the State of Qatar to request approval to recruit workers from outside Qatar and employ them.
Online Instructions
- Open “Request for Labour Recruitment: Governmental and semi-governmental” service, then click on “Apply”.
- Select ‘Establishments Portal’ from the ‘Login Method’ list.
- Log in to the National Authentication System ‘Tawtheeq’ using a smart card.
- Enter all the required details.
- Fill out required labor specifications.
- Confirm details of required labor and submit the application.

- Conditions:
- The applicant entity shall be a government or semi-government organization.
- The establishment registry shall valid for semi-government entities.
- There shall be no ban on semi-government establishments.

- A smart card to verify the identity of the person authorized in the establishment to use the service through the National Authentication System.
- Service Submission Timings: Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
