Service Description
This service enables individuals to apply online to the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (Zakat Fund) for a Reconsideration, exception, changing a beneficiary, in kind.
Online Instructions
- Enter to the Zakat Fund website.
- Select other applications service.
- If there is a file (registered data), the following data must be entered:
- File No
- Mobile (registered in the fund's data)
- QID
- Attach the required documents
- Submit your request
- After submitting the application, you will receive a message with the application number
- If there is no file (no previous data registered), the following data must be entered:

- Enter the mobile number
- Enter QID number if you are resident
- Enter the visa number if you are not a resident
- Attach the required dcuments
- Submit your request
- After submitting the application, you will receive a message with the application number
