Description

This service enables establishments to request the issuance of a recruitment approval for temporary work visas. These work visas are approvals specially for workers to be recruited temporarily to work in the State of Qatar.

Online Instructions

• Open “Request for Temporary Work Visa” service, then click on “Apply”.
• Select ‘Establishments Portal’ from the ‘Login Method’ list.
• Log in to the National Authentication System ‘Tawtheeq’ using a smart card.
• Enter all the required details.
• Confirm the details and submit the application.

Service Conditions and Requirements:

• Conditions: The establishment must be one of the below entities:
  • Governmental and semi-government entities.
  • Industry and energy companies’ sector.
  • Factories that have government contracts.
  • Companies that have government contracts with the government or energy companies.
  • Any establishment that has been granted the authority to benefit from the service by the Ministry of Labour.
• Requirements:
  
  • A smart card to verify the identity of the person authorized in the establishment to use the service through the National Authentication System.
  • The establishment has the authority to submit the application.
  • The establishment's registration must be valid.
  • There is no ban on the establishment.
• Service Submission Timings: Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.

No fees are required for this service.
