Service Description
Diplomatic missions and their members in the State of Qatar may submit a notification to the Department of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of final departure of diplomatic mission members and their families.
Offline Instructions
- Download and fill out the paper form.
- Submit the form to the Department of Protocol at MOFA.
- Attach the following documents:

- Letter addressed to the Department.
- Original diplomatic card.
