Service Description

Citizens, expatriates and establishments may file a complaint to the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (ADLSA) via the Unified Platform for Complaints and Whistleblowers against entities subject to the provisions of Qatar Labor Law No.14 of 2004 and the Domestic Workers Law promulgated by Law No.15 of 2017 or the entities whose businesses are regulated by ADLSA.

Complaints are submitted by household laborers against employers or private sector employees, whether Qataris or non-Qataris, against establishments.

This service can also be used to view all old complaints, follow up on current ones, print To Whom It May Concern Certificate and view one's personal profile.

Online Instructions

  • Click on “Submit a Complaint (Login as Individual) Click on “Submit a New Complaint”.
  • Enter QID or Visa number and cell phone number.
  • Click on “Request OTP” to receive an SMS with a one-time password (OTP) to access your account.
  • Click on “Submit a New Complaint”.
  • Select complaint type and fill out the online form, entering all the required information.
  • Attach the required documents, then click on “Review Complaint Details” before submitting your application.
