Description
This service allows individuals and companies to submit an online grievance request to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in the State of Qatar.
Online Instructions
- Access the CAA website and click on "Appeals" from the "E-Services" menu under "Other Services".
- Click on "Individual Appeals" or "Organization Appeals" if you are a company.
- Fill out the required details in online form selected.
- Attach a QID copy if you are applying as an Individual or the commercial register if you are applying as a company.
- Attach any other documents that may support your case (Optional).
- Declare that all the entered information is correct and agree to the terms and condition by ticking check-boxes near each sentence.
- Click on "Submit".
Additional Information
Applicants are required to explain the matter of their grievance very accurately and clearly.
