Description
You can submit customs declaration online as there are many types of customs declarations, according to the ports of entry (land, maritime and aerial), such as: importing, exporting, transit, re-exporting, temporary importing, temporary exporting, importing from warehouse, re-exporting from warehouse and quick post statement.
Online Instructions
- Log in Al Nadeeb system.
- Enter the required information in "Create Declaration" page and select declaration type.
- Select the port of entry.
- Click on "Save" to save the entered details.
- Fill out the required information in these pages: Party, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Item, Charges, Documents and Summary.
- Click on "Save" to save declaration details and then click on "Submit".
Additional Information
- The system allows you to copy the information in the existing declaration to shorten the process of creating an entire new declaration especially if the existing one already contained most information needed for the new declaration.
