Service Description

The service of empowering the entity residing in the state associated with other entities shall submit, within the same deadline specified for submitting the tax return, a declaration of transfer pricing on the form prepared by the authority for this purpose. Provided that it amounts to or exceeds its total revenues or total assets, which appear in its financial statements, the amounts determined by the authority. This declaration is included in the tax return (the accrual principle).

Online Instructions

  • Login to the National Authentication System (NAS).
  • Select "Return/ Statement" and then click on "Filing Obligations".
  • Click on Start Now after reading the instructions that appear after selecting the transfer pricing permit.
  • Enter the required information in the basic information then click on “Continue”.
  • Enter the required information in the return’s information of ‘Operating Revenue’, ‘Non-Operating Revenue’, ‘Gains (Disposal of Assets/Shares) and ‘Offshore Revenue’.
  • Enter the required data in the expenses section.
  • Acknowledgment of the validity of the entered information.
  • Submit your request.
  • A message will be sent to you containing the application reference number.

Additional Information

  • Transfer pricing involves the assignment of costs to transactions for goods and services between related parties.
  • Transfer pricing is typically used for purposes of financial reporting and reporting income to taxing authorities.
  • If the taxpayer has any Related Entity and Total Amount of Assets and Total Revenue exceeds the threshold, then the taxpayer needs to declare the Transfer Pricing Statement with annual tax return.
  • The taxpayer can choose to file a zero declaration in the following cases: (Business is being prepared, there is no income tax for the tax period, temporary business closure).
  • If the taxpayer chooses to submit a zero declaration, all fields will be filled with a zero value.
