Service Description
Land owners as well as government and private entities may submit a request to the Urban Design Section of the Urban Planning Department to obtain a statement on the planning and organizational terms of a plot, such as its use, height, shrinking, required parking lots and other necessary terms.
Offline Instructions
In case of real estate owners:
- Submit official letter.
- Attach copy of ID, certified copy of title deed and certified copy of property document with clear coordinates.
In case of public or private entities:
- Submit official letter.
- Attach certified copy of title deed and certified copy of property document with clear coordinates.
Service Center
- Private entities and individuals shall refer to the competent municipality.
- Public entities shall refer to the Customer Service Counter at the Urban Planning Sector.
Additional Information
- The Ministry of Municipality clarifies on its website the process plan of the service in detail and in the form of a work plan.
- This service requires one week to be completed.
