Qatar University students can ask online questions through QU website and the Student Call Center will answer all questions related to admission, registration and academics, student life, services, and other inquiries.
The helpdesk section aims to ensure effective and efficient communication by providing prompt and clear responses to students through different types of communication channels.
Ask Online Questions
- Fill out the required information in the Students' questions section on QU website.
- Enter your QU ID number, mobile number and Email.
- Select the category of your question (admission, registration and academics, student life and services, others).
- Click "Submit".
