Description

The Governmental Health Communication Center at the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) seeks to follow up with the quality of the services offered customers, namely citizens, residents and visitors.

This service enables health sector beneficiaries to directly communicate with the entities they wish to address in order to send their complaints, inquiries, remarks, suggestions or anything related to healthcare.

Online Instructions

To submit a new request:

  • Fill in the online form, entering all the required information.
  • Attach any supporting documents, then click on “Submit Case”.

To update your request:

Click on “Update Case” and fill in the required information.
