Send Complaints to ACTA on Acts Involving Corruption and Dishonesty

Service Description

Individuals, including citizens, residents and visitors, as well as government and private entities, may submit their complaints to the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA) regarding the acts involving corruption and dishonesty. This is in order for ACTA to take the necessary practical measures to verify such complaints, in coordination with the relevant authorities in the State.

ACTA receives complaints from the following entities:

  • Ministries and government entities and their affiliated entities and companies.
  • Public entities and institutions and their affiliated entities and companies.
  • Private associations and institutions and other entities that carry out works of public interest.

Online Instructions

  • Fill in the online form by entering required personal information and complaint details.
  • Attach the documents supporting complaint (if found).
  • Click on "Send."

Offline Instructions

  • Visit ACTA building and request for submitting a complaint.
  • Submit the documents supporting complaint (if found) to a competent employee.

Additional Information

  • ACTA does not consider the following complaints:
    •    Complaints issued before the judiciary or the Public Prosecution, or what has been issued regarding them by a judicial ruling.
    •    Complaints concerning grievance against administrative decisions.
    •    Complaints that do not include specific facts that enable ACTA to verify information contained in complaints.
  • The complainant's personal data will be requested for internal use of ACTA. Such data will be treated in strict confidence for the purpose of examining and verifying the complaint, and will not be shared with the authority that the complaint was issued against without the complainant's permission.
  • ACTA may communicate with the complainant through the mentioned data for the purpose of verifying the complaint or requesting additional information.
  • You can file a complaint by filling out the application form (PDF), and submitting it, along with any supporting documents, to ACTA's email address or manually at the Complaints Section on the 15th floor of the Authority's premises.
