Service Description

Individuals, companies and government entities may submit their complaints to the Public Works Authority “Ashghal” due to their dissatisfaction with the partial or total failure in meeting customer expectations on standard of services provided or performance level.

Ashghal utilizes a state-of-the-art customer relationship management technology to receive and record customer complaints as well as processing each through an established set of mechanisms matching all types of complaints, while ensuring a timely response within a service level agreement.

Online Instructions

  • Log in to Ashghal Customer Zone Portal, then click on "Submit a Complaint".
  • Fill in the online form, entering all the required information.
  • Attach any supporting documents, then click on “Submit”.

Additional Information

  • All complaints are received through the interactive channels of Ashghal by its experienced customer service agents, entered into the customer relationship management system and directed to the second line office staff who, in turn, complete all relevant details.
  • The appropriate personnel are then assigned to complete the required actions within an agreed service level with a focus on customer centricity. Customers are, meanwhile, kept informed of the progress throughout this process, and a follow-up call is made to a random sample of the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
