Individuals, companies and government entities may submit their complaints to the Public Works Authority “Ashghal” due to their dissatisfaction with the partial or total failure in meeting customer expectations on standard of services provided or performance level.
Ashghal utilizes a state-of-the-art customer relationship management technology to receive and record customer complaints as well as processing each through an established set of mechanisms matching all types of complaints, while ensuring a timely response within a service level agreement.
