Description
This service enables individuals and establishments to submit a request to the General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) to issue a vehicle repair report and receive it by email.
Online Instructions
- Log in with your smartcard to the MOI e-services portal.
- Click on “Traffic Services” then “Vehicles” then “Vehicle Repair Report”.
- Select vehicle by displaying list of all vehicles or selecting a specific vehicle so that the system displays a list of registered accident(s) for the selected vehicle (if available).
- Select the accident for which a repair report is required.
- Review the email address to which the repair report will be sent, then submit your request.
Additional Information
- The user shall own a smart card to use the service.
- This service can be obtained at any time and immediately.
- This service is also available via Metrash2.
