Bring original vehicle registration, along with copies of ID from both seller and buyer and insurance document under the buyer’s name.

For companies: signing transportation approval and providing a sealed letter with an attached copy of the company registration card.
Mortgaged vehicles: ownership transfer can be made after getting approval from mortgagee under ownership transfer authorization.
Vehicles sold through car agencies: car agency seal on the agency authorization card is approved as long as the seal and the signature are matching with the authorization card, and a sealed copy from the car agency is to be appended to the buyer and seller IDs along with their signatures on the form.
Vehicles sold through courts or auction: ownership transfer can be made without getting back to their owners based on court order or letter from the competent authority.
GCC citizens should attend to sign and show their IDs, while residents, not working in government institutions, should provide a letter from the sponsor.
