Service Description

Divorced Qatari women with the usufruct right from the housing to people in need within the Housing System and hereto regulations may submit a request to the Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF) to benefit from this service.

Online Instructions

  • Log in to the Housing Services using the National Authentication System (NAS).
  • Fill out the online form, entering all the required information.
  • Attach the following documents:
    • Copy of QID
    • Copy of birth certificates of children
    • Copy of divorce certificate
    • Copy of No Marriage Certificate
    • Property Inventory Certificate from the Real Estate Registration Department
  • Submit your request.

Offline Instructions

  • Download and fill out the paper form, then submit it at MSDF. 
  • Attach the following documents:
    • Copy of QID
    • Copy of birth certificates of children or their QIDs
    • Copy of divorce certificate
    • Judicial ruling of divorce
    • No Marriage Certificate
    • Copy of valid social security card
    • Certificate from Real Estate Registration proving non-existence of house for divorced woman
    • Lease Contract - in case of residing in a rented residence or acknowledgement to provide lease contract
