Description

Local investors may submit a request to the Commercial Registration and Licenses Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) to write off a commercial activity.

Offline Instructions

  • Download and fill out the paper form, signed by the authorized signatory, then submit it to the public service officer at MOCI or any of its branches.
  • Attach the following documents:
  • Collective approval, signed by partners, to write off a commercial activity.
  • A copy of personal identification document of partners and applicant.
  • For joint stock companies: A letter from the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice-Chairman or Managing Director to request write-off.
  • Pay appropriate fees.

Additional Information

  • After the application is reviewed and fees are paid, the commercial register is issued following the required amendment.
