Description

Local investors may submit a request to the Intellectual Property Protection Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) to obtain a To Whom It May Concern Certificate from the official records about the status of the application. The certificate is granted upon the request of the applicant and without any liability on part of the Department.
