Business owner may submit a request to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) at its headquarters in Lusail City to issue to whom it may concern certificate.
Offline Instructions

- Submit the application, which will then be examined by the administration. The certificate should be taken from the records and delivered to the concerned party.
- You have to attach Official letter from the owner of the classified.
