Description

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education allows students' parents to submit a request to transfer their children from a public school to another one if there is no vacancy in the current school.

Online Instructions

  • Access the Public Services Portal.
  • Choose the service titled “Request to Transfer from a Public School to Another Public One in Case of Non-Vacancy”.
  • Click on start service then login.
  • Choose the student you wish to transfer your child to.
  • Choose the school.
  • Attach "To Whom it May Concern" certificate from KAHRAMAA or the lease contract.
  • Attach an official letter signed by the student’s parent including their QID copy.
  • Declare that the provided information is correct then submit the application.
