Establishments may submit a request to Qatar Tourism (QT) to renew a tourism license for a tourism facility, according to the rules and requirements associated with it.
Online Instructions
Log in to QT e-services portal using the credentials of the National Authentication System (NAS).
Go to “My Account”.
View the selected organization.
Select the specific service from the list of services (right-hand side) and fill in the required information.
Attach copy of the following documents:
Commercial permit
Commercial registration
Title deed of property or lease contract of establishment
Confirm the accuracy of the entered data and submit the application for review.
Pay appropriate fees after application is approved.
Additional Information
Applicant must be listed as either owner, partner or authorized signatory on the commercial registration.
There may not be another open request of the same type.
Commercial registration must be valid for at least one day on the day of submission.
Commercial permit must be valid for at least one day on the day of submission.
Commercial activities required must be contained in the commercial registration and commercial permit.
Establishment ID must be valid for at least one day on the day of submission.
Applicant’s QID must be valid for at least one day at the time of application.
Fees
Applicable fees are calculated based on the selected activity as follows:
Entertainment facility: QR25,000
Specialized club: QR45,000
Mall: unspecified
Organizing tourist event or festival: unspecified
Maritime transportation: QR15,000
Land transportation: QR15,000
Air transportation: QR15,000
Tour guiding: QR5,000
Inbound tours: QR12,500
Outbound tours: QR22,500
Internal time sharing - as an office: QR5,000
Internal time sharing - as an activity: QR2,500
External time sharing: QR500,000
An additional 5% of the license fee for each month or part of it in case of license renewal delay.
