Service Description

Driving Schools may submit a request to the Ministry of Interior to register their new trainees for the purpose of counting their numbers and following up on their attendance in the courses.

Online Instructions

• Log in with your smartcard or digital identity card to MOI e-services portal.
• Select “Traffic Services” then “Driving License”, followed by “Register New Trainee”.
• Enter trainee data: QID or Visa number, in addition to mobile number.
• Enter training details: License Category, Training Start Date and Course Type.
• In case Course Type is Half Course, Foreign License Number and Issuing Country are to be entered.
• Complete all the required details and submit your request.

Additional Information

• The user shall own a Qatari smart card or Digital Identity Card to use the service.
• This service can be obtained any time and immediately after the user completes the transaction.
• This service is also available on Metrash2 mobile app.
