Service Description
This service allows you to register a new Qatari lawyer through the Lawyers Portal on the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) website.
Online Instructions
- Visit the e-services page on MOJ website.
- Select the "Lawyers Portal" service.
- Login to the Lawyers Portal by using your username and password.
- Select "Register a New Qatari Lawyer" Service.
- Enter the requested details in the personal details, qualifications, work experience, and training courses.
- Attach the following documents:

- A negative certificate from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry stating that she/he did not join it
- A certificate from the ministries of Defense and Interior stating that she/he did not join either of them
- A negative certificate from the Ministry of Administrative Development stating that she/he does not work in any government entity
- Certified Law Degree
- Copy of ID card
- Certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior
- Submit the request.
Fees
- For Lawyer: QR2000
- For Trainee: QR500
