Service Description

This service allows you to request to own a property for a foreign investor from the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) website.

Online Instructions

• Visit the e-services page on MOJ website.
• Select the "Request to Own a Property for a Foreign Investor."
• Enter all the required details in the mandatory fields: (applicant's details, property details, contractors' details and attachments).
• Attach the required documents as follows:
  • Attachments required from a buyer (a copy of good conduct and behavior certificate from the applicant's country, a copy of a valid ID and copy of valid passport
  • Real estate developer approval - District Administration
  • Title deeds, if any
  • Show the price of property you want to buy
  • For a resident: title deed/copy of ID card/appraisal of the property
  • For non-residents: title deed/passport copy/good conduct and behavior certificate certified by competent authorities/valuation of property
• Acknowledgment of all the entered data.
• Submit the request.

Fees

No fees are required for this service. However, the fees imposed are on the process of registering the disposal of the Real Estate Registration Department.

• This service is available 7 days a week on MOJ website, and from Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM at a service center.
• This service is available for persons with disabilities.
