Description

Commercial agency owners may submit a request to the Commercial Registration and Licenses Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) to modify commercial agency data, such as the parent company (agent) details, product details or agency contract.

Online Instructions

• Log in to the Investor Services, entering the username and password.
• Attach the following documents:
  • To amend information of Qatari or foreign company: Letter from the Qatari company requesting amendment and proof of this.
  • To amend agency contract data: Letter addressed to the Department, amended agency contract and contract translation.
  • Copy of QID of partners or owner, in addition to applicant.
• Pay appropriate fees.
• Attend later to MOCI headquarters or one of its branches for verification of original documents.

Offline Instructions

• Download and fill out paper form, then submit it to the public service officer at MOCI or any of its branches.
• Attach the required above-mentioned documents.
• Pay appropriate fees.

• All MOCI branches clarified on MOCI website.

Additional Information

The competent employee reviews the application and modifies the required information, then delivers a certificate to the applicant.

Fees

A fee of QR1,000 per each amendment.
