Service Description
This service enables all members of the public to install a “My Address” sign on buildings, shops and malls.
Online Instructions
- Fill out the online form, entering all the required information.
- Enter requester information (name - mobile number - QID no.)
- Enter nearest address details (if any) or location coordinates or PIN no.
- Click on “Start Workflow”.
Offline Instructions
- Visit the headquarters of the Centre for Geographic Information Systems (Centre for GIS).
- Provide all the above-mentioned required information to complete the service.

- This service can also be obtained via Oun mobile app or by contacting the Call Center on (184).
- The Ministry of Municipality clarifies on its website the process plan of the service in detail and in the form of a work plan.
