Service Description

Establishments may submit a request to the Work Permit Department at the Ministry of Labour (MOL) to extend temporary work visas (multiple entry) before their expiry, in order to be checked by MOL employees to make sure the establishments can extend the visa and, consequently, decide to approve or reject it, then export the approved ones to the Ministry of Interior (MOI).
It is worth mentioning that this procedure is not for visa extension, but rather for approval on the extension period; the employer is expected, after approval on extension and completion of this procedure, to refer to MOI for the actual extension of such visas.
