Service Description

This service describes the procedure required to categorize facilities at a hotel establishment that provide food and beverages, including beverages that require special permit into the below categories:

• Specialized Club - Category (A): It offers food and beverages, including beverages that require special permit and entertainment and musical programs.
• Specialized Club - Category (B): It offers food and beverages, including beverages that require special permit.
• Specialized Club - Category (C): It offers snacks and beverages, including beverages that require special permit.
• Specialized Club - Category (B&C): It combines B & C requirements.
• Specialized Club - Category (D): A beach facility located directly on the beach of the hotel that offers food and beverages, including beverages that require special permit and entertainment and musical programs, along with necessary rescue and security services during working hours.

Online Instructions

• Log in to the e-services portal of Qatar Tourism using the credentials of the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq”.
• Go to “My Account” and click on ‘View’ to choose the organization.
• Select the specific service from the list of services (right-hand side) and fill in the required information.
• Attach the following documents:
  • Copy of QID card of applicant
  • Permit from Qatar Distribution Company (QDC)
• Confirm the accuracy of the entered data and submit the application for review.

Offline Instructions

• Visit Qatar Tourism premises at the Single Window.
• Provide all the above-mentioned, required documents.

Additional Information

• The hotel's tourism license and classification certificate must be valid upon submission.
• The commercial registration must be valid for at least one day on the day of submission.
• The commercial permit must be valid for at least one day on the day of submission.
• The civil defense certificate must be valid for at least one day on the day of submission.
• The security systems certificate must be valid for at least one day on the day of submission.
• The applicant must be listed in the hotel’s organizational structure as a General Manager, Director of Food and Beverage or Director of Government Relations, with a valid QID at the time of submission. 
• There may not be another open request of the same type.

Fees

No fees are required for this service.
