An investor can apply to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) at its headquarters in Lusail City to request to enter, add or modify a Trademark.
Offline Instructions
- Visit MOCI premises.
- Fill out the enter, Add or Modify application.
- Submit the application.
- Pay the appropriate fees.
Additional Information
- The owner or agent of the trademark has to submit a completed filing request, along with all the supporting documents for the required case (addition, entry, modification).
- The application should be examined by the competent employee after the issuance of the decision. After that, the modification should be published in the Industrial Property Journal.
