Service Description
Diplomatic missions and their members in the State of Qatar may submit a request to the Department of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to drop a UN plate of a vehicle.
Offline Instructions
Offline Instructions
- Download and fill out the paper form.
- Submit the form to the Department of Protocol at MOFA.
- Attach the following documents:

- Letter directed to the Department for the dropping the UN plate, mentioning the number required to be dropped.
- Copy of car ownership (two-sides).
- Copy of establishment registration card of the diplomatic mission.
- Copy of the card of international organizations and offices.
- Fill out an application form for acknowledgment of ownership transfer of UN vehicle with the required information.

Additional Information
- The application must be filled out electronically.
- The application must be typed in Arabic.
- Chassis and engine numbers fields must be filled out in English.
