Service Description

Customers registered in Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation "KAHRAMAA", and who are Ezab (manors) beneficiaries, may submit a request to KAHRAMAA to connect electricity and water to their manors.

Online Instructions

Apply for Electricity Service:

  • Log in to KAHRAMAA website as customer or contractor.
  • Select “Request Ezab Connection” service from the e-services list.
  • Attach the following documents:
    • Owner QID
    • Miniature electrical diagram to be prepared by approved contractor
    • Photo of electrical distribution board
    • Authorization from the owner to an approved electrical contractor

Apply for Water Service:

  • Log in to KAHRAMAA website as customer or contractor.
  • Select “Request Ezab Connection” service from the e-services list.
  • Attach the following documents:
    • Photo of water meter
    • Photo of water tank

Additional Information

  • Customers may get the electricity service via KAHRAMAA website or through an approved contractor using the website.
  • Customers may get the water service via KAHRAMAA website, KAHRAMAA mobile app or through an approved contractor using the website or the mobile app.
  • Customers can obtain a list of approved contractors through KAHRAMAA website.
  • All dues and arrears must be paid before obtaining the service.
  • If a new electricity connection is required, water service must be provided in advance.
  • Provide a service box on the wall.
  • The consumption is calculated based on the commercial segment and the monthly readings, using the commercial tariff system.
  • Connecting the service depends on the readiness of the site and takes a maximum of 3 months from submitting the application. 
  • This service is also available for persons with disabilities.
  • This service is available 24/7.

  • Insurance fees: QR400
  • Total: QR4810

Water:

  • Connection fees: QR1000
  • Insurance fees: QR300
