Service Description
Establishments may submit a request to Qatar Tourism (QT) to cancel a tourism license for a hotel establishment.
Online Instructions
- Log in to QT e-services portal using the credentials of the National Authentication System (NAS).
- Select the hotel establishment you want to cancel.
- Attach the following documents:
- Tourism Activity Cancelation Certificate from the commercial registration
- Tourism Activity Cancelation Certificate from the commercial permit
- Confirm the accuracy of the entered data and submit the application for review.
- Pay appropriate fees after application is approved.
Offline Instructions
- Visit QT Service Window.
- Submit all the above-mentioned documents.
- Pay appropriate fees.

Additional Information
- Applicant must be listed as either owner, partner, or authorized signatory, on the commercial registration.
- There may not be another open request of the same type.
- Applicant’s QID must be valid at the time of application.
- Announcement of license cancelation must be published in an official daily newspaper, while the cancelation procedures are administered.
Fees
A fee of QR500 applies.
