Description

This service allows individuals to request to book a medical appointment online through Nar’aakom app at their primary health care corporation (PHCC) health center.

Online Instructions

  • Enter to the Nar’aakom app.
  • Login to the National Authentication System (NAS) by using your username and password.
  • Choose (Appointment) service.
  • Enter the applicant name.
  • Select Type of Clinic, Health Center, appointment available date, clinic shift, preferred time for 107 to call.
  • Submit your request.

  • You can also apply to this service through PHCC website.
  • For any urgent cases or to request same day appointments; please call 107 directly.
    If you are a single male resident registered at any of the Workers Health Center, then you cannot book appointments through eservices; please go directly to your registered Health center for routine appointments or to Emergency department at Hamad Hospital for any emergency treatment.
  • If you are a single male resident registered at any of the Workers Health Center; then for any Medical Commission appointment, please go directly to Medical Commission department in Messaimeer.
  • In case you decide to cancel the New appointment request after submitting; then you can do so from the website for a request in ‘Submitted’ status only before any action is taken by the 107 teams.
  • The requested date and shift cannot be guaranteed for the clinic; the call center will call to confirm the requested clinic.
  • Requests through the Appointment E-Service could take up to 24 hours for the call center to call and confirm.
  • Valid Health Card is required to be shown on the day of the appointment otherwise you will be charged for the appointment.
  • Expats can book all their appointments in their current assigned Health Center. Only for Smoking Cessation and Dietitian Clinics they can choose from the list of Health Centers where the service is available.
  • The Mode of Consultation for all Self-Referral Clinics would be ‘Telephone’ except WBC (All Ages) which is Face-to-face.
     For Only Family Physician Appointments in few Health Centers; you also have a ‘Video Consultation’ option. 107 team will discuss this when they call to confirm your ‘Family Physician’ appointment in case your current assigned Health Center has a VC facility.
