Description

This service enables establishments to register their contracts with the government entities that own the projects by submitting a request to the Work Permit Department at the Ministry of Labour. The contract details are added and sent to the government entity to verify that the data is correct and approved.

After the contract details are approved by the government entity, the documented contract is registered with the establishments’ data, so that other transactions can later be conducted without the need to attach the approved contract each time.

Online Instructions

• Open “Bilateral Contract” service, then click on “Apply”.
• Select ‘Establishments Portal’ from the ‘Login Method’ list.
• Log in to the National Authentication System ‘Tawtheeq’ using a smart card.
• Enter all the required details.
• Confirm the details and submit the application.

  • The establishment must have a main contract with a government entity.
• Requirements:
  • A smart card to verify the identity of the person authorized in the establishment to use the service through the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq”.
  • Valid registry.
  • Registration of contract data for the two parties to the contractual relationship, which are the establishment executing the contract project and the government entity that owns the contract.
  • Verification of the contract by the concerned contracted government entity.
• Service Submission Timings: Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
