Description
Companies may submit a request to the General Tax Authority (GTA) through Dhareeba Tax Portal to obtain a residency tax certificate.
Online Instructions
- Log in to Dhareeba Tax Portal using the National Authentication System (NAS).
- Click on “My Requests”.
- Click on “Tax Residency Certificate”.
- Complete the required information.
- Enter address details and choose required number of copies.
- Click on “Payment” button and select type of fee payment.
- Send notification of GTA approval on the request.
- Click on “My Certificates” on the “Other Services” page after GTA approval to get a copy of the certificate.
Additional Information
- To access Dhareeba Tax Portal services, the taxpayer shall be registered in NAS.
- GTA reviews the application and notifies the company of approval or rejection, or it requests additional information.

Fees vary depending on each taxpayer.
