Service Description

Individuals, companies, government and semi government entities as well as consulting offices and different institutions may communicate with the Urban Planning Sector to request the following:

  • Providing information on the possibility of setting up temporary services
  • Providing work mechanisms related to infrastructure planning
  • Distributing routes and passageways of permanent and temporary services
  • Studying and evaluating overall development plans of the Comprehensive Urban Plan or private development plans
  • Studying and evaluating general layout to renovate the roads affiliated to the Public Works Authority "Ashghal"

Offline Instructions

  • Submit letter addressed to the Infrastructure Planning Department director.
  • Attach layout defining the location of the project, plot number and layout of required services, layout and reports of infrastructure utilities and lines.

Additional Information

  • This service is also available by phone or through in person attendance.
  • The Ministry of Municipality clarifies on its website the process plan of the service in detail and in the form of a work plan.
  • This service requires 14 days to be completed, except for the procedures of the concerned entities, such as Ashghal and KAHRAMAA.


No fees are required for this service.
