Service Description

Individuals, companies and government entities may submit a request to the Roads Operations and Maintenance Department of the Assets Affairs at the Public Works Authority "Ashghal" to install street light(s). An official letter addressed to this department manager in Ashghal shall be submitted in order for this request to be considered. Accurate location details and justification on why a street light shall be installed are also required.

Online Instructions

  • Login to Ashghal Customer Zone Web Portal, then click on "Apply"
  • Fill out the online form entering all the required information, then click on "Submit".

Additional Information

  • This service is available online around the clock.
  • An inspection is carried out by Ashghal to verify the location and justification provided. The request will, then, either be approved or rejected. If approved, the street light shall be installed. However, if rejected, the request will be closed.
