Companies and institutions operating in Qatar can register to General Directorate of Logistics at Ministry of Interior to be added to the suppliers’ list.
Download and fill out the paper form, then submit it to the General Directorate of Logistics at MOI.
Attach the following documents:
Copy of valid commercial registration (Arabic and English)
Copy of valid commercial license
Copy of valid establishment card
Classification Certificate issued from the Government Procurement Regulatory Department
New copy of bank letter for IBAN
Copy of valid No Objection Certificate issued and certified by the Prevention Department - General Directorate of Civil Defense, for the suppliers qualified in supplying, installing and maintaining firefighting and fire alarm equipment
Approval of the Security Systems Department at MOI for the qualified suppliers for the supply, installation and maintenance of CCTV equipment and devices.

The Supplier Registration Form should be signed by the authorized person/s according to the Commercial Registration and Supplier’s Rubber seal should be imprinted on SRF.
Materials, services and activities should be in accordance with the supplier’s Commercial registration.
Attach all required documents as given in the Commercial registration.
Provide clear description of materials, services and activities along with Catalogues, Proofs or Portfolios, if required or upon request.
