Service Description

Establishments may submit a request to the Labour Relation Department at the Ministry of Labour (MOL) to enable workers of private establishments subject to the provisions of Labor Law No.14 of 2004 and registered in the Joint Committees Platform - through labor representative(s) in the joint committee of their establishment - to notify the employees of the Joint Committees Section at MOL about the presence of labor disputes in their establishment and the inability to reach a peaceful solution.
The labor complaint details are entered along with supporting attachments (if any), then the concerned MOL employees work on resolving such dispute peacefully between the two disputing parties (if possible).
