Description
Food importers and clearance companies may submit a request to the Food Safety Department at the Ministry of Public Health to register imported food consignments and start inspection procedures on such consignments.
Offline Instructions
Download and fill out the paper form, then print it out and submit it to the health office at the relevant port.
- Attach the following documents:
- Original verified health certificate
- Copy of customs declaration
- Copy of invoice
