Service Description
This service allows non-government (institutions and companies) entities to request publication in the Official Gazette for a non-government entity through e-services on the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) website.
Online Instructions
- Login to the National Authentication System (NAS, Tawtheeq) by using your username and password.
- Visit the e-services page on MOJ website.
- Select "Official Gazette" services, then "Request Publication in the Official Gazette for Non-Government Entity" service.
- Submit the request.

Additional Information
- You can also apply for this service offline by filling out the paper form and submitting it to MOJ premises.
- A publication subject must be attached given that it is a mandatory requirement.
- The optional requirements of this request are as follows:
- Approval of the Companies Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
- Approval of the Ministry of Administrative Development
- Approval of the Documentation Department at MOJ
- There are no terms that must be fulfilled or documents that must be provided by the applicant to be eligible for the service.
- The service delivery duration: This depends on the request sent to the Ministry.
- This service is available 7 days a week.
- This service is available for persons with disabilities.
