Service Description
A grant of up to QR 1 million can be allocated to Qatari nationals, for the purpose of the demolition and reconstruction of some installed houses, which is determined by the government and disbursed to the property owner himself, without any administrative fees incurred.
Offline Instructions
- Download and fill out the application form.
- Attach the following documentsCopy of Personal ID Card
- Copy of original property deed and accompanying plans
- Certificate of Electrical Disconnection
- Owner’s bank account number
- Certificate of demolition of prefabricated house
- In case of applicant’s death, the following documents should be provided: identification of heirs, authorization by the persons named in the applicant’s identification of heirs, and death certificate.
- Submit the application to Qatar Development Bank.
Fees
The loan is a grant that doesn’t require paying any fees.
