Service Description

Farm owners may submit a request to the Farm Affairs Department at the Ministry of Municipality (MoM) to obtain a permit for establishing cooling or non-cooling greenhouses project to produce vegetables inside registered farms.

Offline Instructions

• Download and fill out the paper form, then submit it to the Agricultural Affairs Department at MoM.
• Attach the following documents:

• • In case the farm is government and rented: Copy of QID of farm owner or tenant
  • Copy of valid farm ownership card
  • In case of representative: Letter of authorization from farm owner to complete procedures
  • Copy of QID of representative
  • Technical review and preliminary layouts including short description on each of:
    • Engineering design of houses, outbuildings, sizes and production capacity
    • Adopted irrigation sources and systems
    • Crop structure of the greenhouses
    • Number of expected labor
    • Ways of disposal of agricultural waste and desalinated water output
    • Adopted cooling system

    • Adopted cooling system
    • Adopted marketing methods
