Description
This service enables individuals to submit a request to the General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) to take advantage of the parking lots allocated for persons with disabilities and get permits for such parking spaces.
This service also enables users to renew or update those permits and resubmit their applications in case of rejection.
Online Instructions
- Login with your smartcard to MOI e-services portal.
- Select “Traffic Services” then “Disability Parking”.
- Submit permit request for yourself or a relative by entering his/her QID number and fill in all the required information.
- Attach medical test result and medical certificate.
Additional Information
- The user shall own a smart card to use the service.
- The user can follow up on the application, renew the permit or update its data using the same service, in addition to resubmitting the application in case of rejection.
- This service can be obtained at any time.
- This service is also available via Metrash2.
